Fourth of July Festivities!
Friday, July 3
Strawberry Festival at Second Baptist Church at 5pm, followed by Fireworks!
Saturday, July 4
Parade line up begins at 10:30am at the entrance to the Community Park gravel lot facing North-bound. Traffic will be restricted to a single lane between the ICC and Golf Club road as the line forms, so please drive attentively and arrive early for ease of access. Parade begins at 11:00am and proceeds from the ICC to the Historical Society. The road will be completely closed during the parade.
Bring your BBQ Chicken lunch from the Firehouse to Community Park to eat with friends and neighbors from 2-4pm
Come back at 7:30 for the Deadmen concert in Community Hall — Josh Read and his bandmates put on an amazing concert last fall, now back by popular demand! $25 at the door
Sunday, July 5
Enjoy more music at the Up Island Church 250th Celebration starting at 1:00pm
